WhatsUp Gold 2018 Service Pack 3

Ipswitch has released the third update to WhatsUp Gold 2018, in the form of Service Pack 3, available as of October 26, 2018. It includes a number of key visibility and usability enhancements for WhatsUp Gold 2018:

  • New Application Performance Monitoring (APM) overlay for at-a-glance status of monitored applications
  • New APM interface in Device Cards allowing one-click access to APM dashboards and controls
  • New Device Cards showing Network Traffic Monitoring (NTA) including top 5 flows and conversations as well as allowing one-click access to NTA dashboards
  • More control over assigning monitors to every device interface/port during discovery
  • Redesigned view of Device Group Mini Status for improved usability
  • Support for Cisco Meraki Firewall and Cisco Meraki Security Appliance
  • Ability to run executables directly from within the Admin Console
  • Support for OpsGenie incident creation action
